A large hall for a maximum of 2000 people and useful medium and small conference halls are available.
Abundant variation will answer any need.
Both Cabernet, a large banquet hall on the first floor and Chardonnay, a large banquet hall on the 3rd floor have a maximum capacity to seat 2000. Depending on your choice of dinner style, buffet style, theater style, budget and production, designs may be adjusted to suit needs. In addition, even in the small, medium and 12 person rooms, styles are flexible to meet needs. The support of our experienced staff is provided for all your audio-visual and OA equipment needs such as projectors.
Conditions of the Convention Hotel

- In the 1st floor large banquet hall, Cabernet, a special, quality 280 inch, hi-vision image system is available.
- In the 1st floor large banquet hall, Cabernet, 300 roll-back seats can be used for superb image viewing.
- The large banquet hall has a 7 meter ceiling giving an open, spacious feeling. Images and video may be shown on the ceiling, if desired, to ensure clear viewing for all participants.
- For both small-scale meetings, and large banquets, the AV system available sets the standard for equipment in this industry.
- Comfortable 150cm tables for 2 make for a relaxed feeling.
- A harmony of tastes from Japanese to Chinese to Western cuisine may be tailored to meet any menu preference.
- With two large meeting halls, 400 tsubo (411 tsubo and 428 tsubo), we are the only hotel of this scale in the north-northeast area of Japan.
- Relaxing after the convention calls for a banquet party. And hot springs, pools and saunas which are readily accessible in the “Fairy Fontaine” will take your relaxation level on into tomorrow.
- Enjoy such activities after your convention as golf, horse-back riding, skiing and jogging in nearby surrounding areas.
