The indoor pool has an open impression of being connected to, and overflowing into, the surrounding area. Relax while enjoying the noonday sun, or while stargazing at night.

Interior Bathhouse

Feel refreshed while relaxing in this open, overflowing space under the light pouring in from the skylight above. Salt saunas and various baths can be enjoyed with monthly changes in the water additives including aloe, quince and charcoal. Jacuzzis, water baths, foot baths and walking baths should be taken advantage of.

Fitness machines! Feel a good sweat in the comfortable fitness room!

Utilize 36 Aero-type units:We have 2 StairMaster units and 6 CrossTrainers among other machines. In all there are 36 units
There are 15 Power units:SmithMachines, Chest presses, Hi–pulleys and others totaling 15 units
100m running course:The running course can be used regardless of the weather.
Instruments:Fully automatic hemadynamometers, body fat meters and weight scales, grip/grasping power systems, and body constitution meters are here.
In addition:Foam rollers, balls and a stretch corner, etc,　may be used.

Base Rock Bath

“The base rock bath stimulates the senses!” There are two types of stones which are said to refract infrared rays:
Pink is rare so try the “pink silica” . Improve your body’s systems on “wheat stones” . Please enjoy the base rock bath which has the concept of improving a woman’s “health and beauty” .

The large hall and 10 Japanese rooms can accommodate 100 people. For families & groups, please enjoy the time in the pool and after the bath comfortably. There is no charge for borrowing games such as Igo, Shogi and Othello. Please enjoy your time with everyone.
