  • Admission, as listed above, includes a towel set, hot water entrance tax and consumer tax.
  • “Adult” means those of junior high school age and over.
  • “Child” means 4 years old to elementary school student age. Children 3 years old or under are free.
  • “Senior” means 70 years old or over, and must show proof of age.
  • As for “disabled person”, with log certification, one accompanying person will be charged the same as the disabled person.
  • “Group” applies to 20 names or more (even for adults and children together).
  • Nighttime 4-hour Course admission is from 18 o'clock.
  • Nighttime Course admission is from 21 o’clock to 24 o’clock.
  • Hot Springs 2-hour Course admission is only for the use of the hot springs.

For the enjoyment of all, we would like you to use the facilities safely.

  • The floor of Fairy Fontaine uses the rubber chips.
  • To prevent accidents, please do not run inside the facility
  • Those with tattoos including real, fake, body paint etc. are prohibited entry, and we refuse the admission of persons which have drunk excessively.
  • Bringing food or drink into the facilities is prohibited.
  • For the protection of privacy, taking photographs or video by regular cameras or cellular telephone cameras inside the building is prohibited.
  • The use of paper swimming diapers for young children is prohibited to keep the area hygienic in accordance with the Public Health Center.
  • The use of dangerous toys which may injure in collisions such as masks, snorkels, water-pistols and body boards is prohibited.
  • During busy seasons such as Golden Week holidays and summer vacation etc., the use of the animal floats larger than 121cm and tubes over 101cm is prohibited. For accident prevention we ask for the understanding and cooperation of everyone.

  • In the large hall “Nanakamado”, when there is no group reservation, free seating is generally used.
  • Because at the Hakushuan, we offer dining together with banquets according to budget, please ask staff for details.
    Furthermore, reservations for dining and banquets should be made 3 days prior to desired dates (excluding weekends).
  • The Hakushuan basically uses a reservation system, but on less crowded days, it may be freely used.
  • The Hakushuan is self-service.
